From the Strategic Plan of the Association...
"The EICI will round up all members for the annual General Assembly, during which a strategy plan is presented and approved. Additionally the General Assembly elects every two years the Board of Directors, which develops the strategy of the association. The Boards of Director will be made up of at least 2 people, amongst them one will be nominated as Chairman. All members will be suitable candidates for being elected in the Board of Directors. All members have one single vote."
